The drive was exactly what we needed. We sent a photo of the old drive which was approx 10 years old and Orange was able to provide a new OEM to match. Delivery was by FedX at no additional charge and it arrived early. We attached it to the frame and inserted it into the QNAP server and it worked flawlessly. GOOD JOB ORANGE!
Faulty product. Terrible customer service. I returned item 3 days after delivery, I still have no refund 21 days later. They do not reply to emails and phone calls. 1st and last time buying from Orange Hardwares.
Very weird experience, but I suspect that is known to you. Ordered 1 toner cartridge, got 2--1 had no packaging and the other was partially packaged in a crushed box with a "Defective" label on it. So I actually have no idea what you really sent me. Time will tell but this does not look well for us to have an ongoing relationship.
